It is our goal to create and produce beautifully designed, and well crafted homes to last generations.  Over 2,000 completed projects spanning over 38 years have made Peltier Builders a house-hold name. 


Our company's owner, Donnie Peltier, has been doing this since 1982 and plays a highly active role throughout the building process.  With the help of a well rounded staff and hand selected contractors, Peltier Builders has been a staple of the Brazoria County Community for 3 decades.  His guidance is one of the many contributing factors that sets a Peltier Builders home apart from the rest.

What do your homes cost?


  • Great Question!  But a difficult one.  Homes are priced not per square foot, but individually!  By looking at what our customer wants, considering the floor plan layout and including any lot/site work, determines what a newly constructed home will cost.  Many things go into building a home, especially custom homes!, and we want to start off on the same page from the very beginning.


Financing?


  • We do offer financing the construction loan.  Therefore, our customers do not have to go out and get their own, though they certainly can.  We will supply the money to build the house and then we close one time at the very end.  It's almost like purchasing an existing home, except this one is yours alone!
  • All that is required to begin is a Pre-Qualification letter from any bank or mortgage company.


What if I do not have any property?


  • No problem!  We have many lots available in different subdivisions around Brazoria and Matagorda Counties.  If you are looking at property not in one of these subdivisions, we can assist you in locating and securing the perfect site for your dream home.
